Clean room, good behaviour, not very far from haram, 30 minutes walk and available public buses with adequate fees, near markets, near mosque.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Free parking is just behind the hotel. The hotel have its own shuttle service to Haram and the free city bus service is also infront of the hotel so commuting to Haram is very easy. While returning from Haram to hotel its better to hire a taxi (10-20sr) because the bus drop zone is quite far and difficult to spot the hotel shuttle in 100s of buses. Overall excellent hotel and I recommend to look no where else.

The staff are nice, who kindly provide wifi passcodes. The facility is okay for a budget trip. The bus stop to Haram is just at the door. Take No.8 to Haram costs 4 riyals.

The hotel is old and needs to improve the cleanliness, especially in the bathroom. the only thing I liked was the free bus to the Haram that stops in front of the hotel (not arranged by the hotel, these are the Haram buses)
